Send a deletion request
- Email me@alexkonyakhin.com with the subject “Rostok account deletion request”.
- Include the phone number linked to your Rostok account, with country code, and say that you want your account and associated personal information deleted.
- If you no longer control that phone number, say so in your message so we can discuss another way to verify your request.
The button opens your email app. Send the message to submit your request. If it does not open, copy the email address above into your preferred email service. Do not send passwords or one-time sign-in codes.
What the request covers
Your request covers your Rostok account and associated personal information: phone and profile details, sign-in sessions, school and teacher relationships, bookings and participation records, and teaching information about you held through Rostok.
Deleting an account is permanent. Signing out, uninstalling the app, leaving a school, or disabling an account is not the same as deleting it.
Verification and retained records
We may need to verify account ownership before taking action. If any information must be retained for a legal obligation, a dispute, or security and fraud prevention, the response to your request should identify the information, reason, and retention period. Backup copies may remain until their backup cycle expires.
See the privacy policy for how Rostok handles retention. A school’s or teacher’s independent records outside Rostok are handled by that organization.
Remove only your waitlist contact
To stop launch updates and remove your waitlist entry without deleting an app account, email me@alexkonyakhin.com with the subject “Rostok waitlist removal”. Include the email address or phone number you used to sign up.
Other privacy requests
You can use me@alexkonyakhin.com to request access, correction, or deletion of particular personal information without requesting full account deletion. Tell us which information your request concerns.
